Return & Refund Policy

At Cabin Pressure with Shawn & G, we want you to love your merch! All our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this custom production process, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds only for products that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective due to manufacturing errors

  • Incorrectly produced (wrong size, wrong design, misprinted, etc.)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Items you no longer want

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Dissatisfaction with design or fit (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered! Here's what to do:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery Email us at cpwithsg@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

2. We'll review your claim Our team will work with Printful to assess the issue. This typically takes 1-3 business days.

3. Resolution If your claim is approved, we'll either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Important: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee a resolution.

What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective?

We will replace or refund items with:

  • Printing errors or misprints

  • Significant color discrepancies from the product listing

  • Damaged items (tears, stains, holes) received in that condition

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or construction

  • Wrong item shipped (different product, size, or color than ordered)

We cannot replace or refund for:

  • Minor color variations due to different screen displays or fabric types

  • Slight differences between product mockups and actual items

  • Size dissatisfaction (always check our size charts before ordering!)

  • Damage caused after delivery or through normal use

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Size & Fit

Please double-check sizing before ordering! Each product page includes detailed measurements and size charts. Because items are made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection.

Tips for ordering the right size:

  • Measure a similar item you own and compare it to our size charts

  • Check product descriptions for fit notes (some items run large)

  • When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit

Wrong Address or Shipping Errors

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to the address you provided, even if it is incorrect.

Our responsibility: If Printful or we make an error with your shipping address, we'll work to resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and tracking shows delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package using the tracking number provided

  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders

  • Contact your local post office or carrier if a package shows delivered but you haven't received it

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we'll work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

  • Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account

International Orders

Customs fees and import taxes: These are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, we cannot offer a refund.

Return shipping for international orders: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after you place your order, cancellations are only possible within a few hours of purchase before production starts.

To request a cancellation: Contact us immediately at cpwithsg@gmail.com with your order number. We'll do our best to stop production, but once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
